It’s been a busy, BUSY week here in the NomEatNom household! So, come Friday night, what I needed was something quick and super, duper easy.
This delicious, little side dish fit the bill perfectly.
Worlds also collided with impeccable timing as I just so happened to have some yummy, fresh sage dying to be enjoyed.
Of course, the first bite brought me to the instant realization that I had been a fool for neglecting sage for so long!! What had I been thinking??
So, the next time you’ve had a busy week (which is pretty much every week, right??), throw your favorite meat on the grill, toss this sweet little number together, and dinner is served!
