Lemon Rosemary Vinaigrette
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 T raw honey
- 3 full sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
- pinch of red pepper
- sea salt, according to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until well blended.

This makes roughly 1/2 cup of dressing. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Sounds delicious – I will try it – I usually just do lemon juice, olive oil and some driedn herbs but I have a huge rosemary bush in my garden and I love garlic – why have I never thought of this . . . . !
