I guess you could say I’m a little obsessed with the beautiful flavor combination that is cherry chocolate.
And by a little, I mean can’t-get-enough-must-try-every-possible-version obsessed.
You see, it all started innocently enough in my attempt to recreate an all-natural Cherry Garcia frozen yogurt.
Then it moved on to overnight oats.
And now it has spread to my smoothies!
What can I say?! I just can’t help myself!

Cherry Chocolate Green Smoothie
(Serves 1 to 2)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk (preferably raw)
- 1 scoop Raw Protein (optional)
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 1/2 T pure cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 T raw cacao nibs
- 2 to 3 large handfuls of raw, organic spinach
- 1 handful of ice
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with a few extra cacao nibs, if desired.

My first goal was to get healthy and off medications. Wiyh smoothies like this it makes it yummy. I do freeze my greens too.
